Ashton Muñiz, DDS
General and Family Dentistry
Dr. Ashton Muñiz is a San Antonio native and proud graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio, where she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. She completed her undergraduate studies at Southern Methodist University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences.
Dr. Muñiz brings contagious energy and a genuine passion for helping patients feel confident in their smiles. She especially enjoys working with children and helping patients of all ages feel comfortable and at ease during their dental visits, creating a welcoming environment where even anxious or fearful patients feel relaxed and supported in receiving care.
She has a broad range of clinical experience, including preventive care, advanced restorative dentistry, and endodontic procedures. Dr. Muñiz is committed to continuing education and regularly expands her clinical skills through advanced training in areas such as dental implants, veneers, and airway-focused dentistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, and the Capital Area Dental Society.
When she’s not creating smile transformations, Dr. Muñiz enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and planning her next travel adventure.
